Do you travel to the location?
Yes, we are on-location company that serves all of South Florida and New York city.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes, please inquire for more information about the destination weddings.
Do I have to do a trial in order to book the date?
No, the trial is not necessary to book with us, but recommended in order to know what to expect on your wedding day and get to know with an artist.
How much time does it take to get makeup/hair done?
Usually we leave 2 hours for a brides makeup AND hair. For bridal party it takes 45 min per service.
Do you provide services for large bridal parties?
Yes, our team can accommodate any size bridal parties.
Do you work on holidays?
Yes, the double rate may apply. Please inquire for more information.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
Payments are accepted through Zelle, Venmo.
Who can make the payment?
One Payment is allowed from a client who signs the contract. You may collect from others how you wish.
How does tipping works?
Gratuity IS NOT included in the price. We advice 18-20%. Any tip left on Zelle, Venmo will be splitted between the artists working, unless specified. Cash is also accepted to hand to staff the day of.
What are additional fees that I should know about?
1. A client is responsible for any parking fee for each artist. 2. Depending on location and getting ready time travel fee and early morning fee may apply. 3 Adds on such as hair extensions placement& styling, blowout will be an additional charge.
Are lashes included in the price?
Yes. fake lashes for bride and bridal party will be provided upon request with no cost. You can also use your own lashes if desired.
Should my hair be wet or dry?
Hair should be clean and dry for the styling. If hair is wet additional fee for blow out may apply.
Do you provide services for other events?
Yes, we provide services for any special occasions and events.
What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel your booking, But deposits are not refundable or transferable.
